We’re seeking a talented local graphic designer to join our Matakana-based design agency. This is an ongoing contractor position which initially offers 10-15 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our agency expands.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       5+ years of experience
·      Ability to work in our studio located in Matakana Village, collaborating with our team

We are looking for a versatile and skilled designer who brings fresh ideas and a strong work ethic to the table. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, from concept to production, while meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback. They should have excellent prioritisation skills, be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, and possess a commercial/corporate design style.

Tasks and responsibilities include brand identity design, print marketing materials, digital campaigns, social media management, packaging, presentation documents, and website design.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
·     Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint)
·       5+ years of experience (preferably in an agency environment)
·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
·       Knowledge of brand identity systems and corporate design
·       Understanding of printing processes
·       Strong writing and proofreading abilities
·       Keen attention to detail
