Competing with real estate companies that have been around since ‘way back’, Harcourts Auctions seized the opportunity to challenge conventional real estate thinking in a market where the concept of auction was typically associated with foreclosure and distressed estate.
Not only have Harcourts Auctions taken off as both a credible and desirable form of buying and selling property, they have also cracked the luxury property market on the west coast of North America. They didn’t get there by luck, however. We utlise print and digital media – from brochures and postcards to email marketing and social media channels to promote the auction platform, team and events. In recent months, we have been crafting narrative and communications for the launch of the Harcourts Auctions app, from which you can live streaming and bid on property from anywhere with an internet connection (with the right credentials).
